What should I do if my package arrives damaged?<\/strong>
\nPlease check the package upon delivery. In case of visible damage, refuse delivery or accept with specific reservation and email us within 3 days at info@tenutadalba.com<\/a>, attaching photos.<\/p>\n

What happens if I am not at home at delivery?<\/strong>
\nThe courier will attempt delivery or place the parcel in storage. If the parcel is returned to us due to failed collection, we may refund the product value retaining shipping costs, or arrange a new shipment at your expense.<\/p>\n

I received the wrong product. What should I do?<\/strong>
\nPlease contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@tenutadalba.com<\/a>. We will find the best solution (replacement or refund).<\/p>\n

\nWe sell extra virgin olive oil selected with care for quality, sensory profile and varietal consistency.<\/p>\n

\nStore olive oil in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. Close the bottle tightly after use.<\/p>\n

Does the oil change from year to year?<\/strong>
\nYes. Each harvest may show natural variations. This is part of the richness of an agricultural product that is not standardised.<\/p>\n

Is it possible to visit the estate and the underground olive mill?<\/strong>
\nYes, guided tours and tastings are available by appointment.<\/p>\n
