Each order is carefully packed to protect the bottles during transport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery times<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Italy:<\/strong> indicative delivery within <strong>7 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Europe:<\/strong> indicative delivery within <strong>15 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Delivery times may vary depending on the period of the year, destination and logistical circumstances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Italy:<\/strong> flat rate <strong>\u20ac8.00<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Free shipping<\/strong> for orders over <strong>\u20ac100.00<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Europe:<\/strong> variable cost based on weight and destination (calculated at checkout)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shipment is made after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery check<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upon delivery, please check:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>that the package is intact<\/li>\n<li>that the number of parcels matches the courier\u2019s documents<\/li>\n<li>that the Products show no visible damage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of visible issues (damaged, wet or opened package), please:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>refuse delivery, or<\/li>\n<li>accept with <strong>specific reservation<\/strong> on the courier\u2019s document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In both cases, please email us within <strong>3 days of delivery<\/strong> at <strong>info@tenutadalba.com<\/strong>, attaching photos if possible.
