Cultivating means caring

The land here is not an abstract element, but a daily presence

Our farm was born first and foremost as a place of cultivation.

We grow a seasonal vegetable garden, which changes throughout the year. Tomatoes, summer vegetables, winter greens: each crop follows its natural timing, without forcing it.

The vegetable garden is the most vibrant heart of our farm

Olive trees are also part of our everyday landscape. We do not pursue large-scale production, but rather constant care, attention to the soil, and respect for natural cycles. For us, agriculture is not just about production: it is a way of inhabiting the land.

A reminder, every day, that agriculture is made of waiting, mistakes, and constant adjustments.

Beside the vegetable garden grows a fig grove of around 140 trees, a small treasure we care for with attention. Figs are a simple fruit, yet they require observation, proper pruning, and delicate harvesting. For us, they represent a perfect balance between farming tradition and biodiversity.
