How can I place an order on the Website?
You can purchase directly from our online shop. Select the products, add them to your cart and complete the checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and advance bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure and certified providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Your card details are not stored on our Website.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. If you need an invoice, please enter the correct billing details during checkout (including SDI/PEC where applicable).

We ship throughout Italy and to major European countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details provided by the courier.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please check the package upon delivery. In case of visible damage, refuse delivery or accept with specific reservation and email us within 3 days at [email protected], attaching photos.
What happens if I am not at home at delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery or place the parcel in storage. If the parcel is returned to us due to failed collection, we may refund the product value retaining shipping costs, or arrange a new shipment at your expense.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will find the best solution (replacement or refund).

Can I return a product?
Yes, if you are a Consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I request a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in case of defective products or shipping errors.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received and checked, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order.

What kind of olive oil do you sell?
We sell extra virgin olive oil selected with care for quality, sensory profile and varietal consistency.
How should I store olive oil?
Store olive oil in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. Close the bottle tightly after use.
Does the oil change from year to year?
Yes. Each harvest may show natural variations. This is part of the richness of an agricultural product that is not standardised.
Visits to the estate
Is it possible to visit the estate and the underground olive mill?
Yes, guided tours and tastings are available by appointment.
