Shipping

We ship our products throughout Italy and Europe using reliable express couriers. Each order is carefully packed to protect the bottles during transport.

Delivery times

  • Italy: indicative delivery within 7 business days
  • Europe: indicative delivery within 15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the period of the year, destination and logistical circumstances.

Shipping costs

  • Italy: flat rate €8.00
  • Free shipping for orders over €100.00
  • Europe: variable cost based on weight and destination (calculated at checkout)

Shipment is made after payment confirmation.

Delivery check

Upon delivery, please check:

  • that the package is intact
  • that the number of parcels matches the courier’s documents
  • that the Products show no visible damage

In case of visible issues (damaged, wet or opened package), please:

  • refuse delivery, or
  • accept with specific reservation on the courier’s document.

In both cases, please email us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected], attaching photos if possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Returns and right of withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a Consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

How to request a return

Email us within 14 days at:

stating:

  • order number
  • name and surname
  • product(s) to be returned

We will reply with return instructions.

Return conditions

  • Products must be returned intact and unused
  • preferably in their original packaging
  • return shipping costs are borne by the Customer (except in case of defective products or shipping errors)

Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order.

Damaged or incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect Product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • order number
  • brief description of the issue
  • 1–2 photos of the package and Product

We will assess the best solution (replacement or refund).

Failed delivery / recipient absent

If the courier cannot find anyone at the delivery address, they will follow their delivery attempt or storage procedure.
If the parcel is returned to the sender due to failed collection, we may:

  • refund the Product value while retaining the shipping costs incurred, or
  • arrange a new shipment at the Customer’s expense.
